HI Everyone cant believe its been 8 weeks since we opened at the Courtyard in Dursley! Time has flown and we are excited about the way its taking off, im looking to start Saturdays in May. First day in Dursley today and I had no idea how it was going to be! Our Shirley was fab making sure she mentioned us at the end of her class and low and behold I got my first customer! A great start to the week and lots of ladies have taken advantage of the fabulous 50% off vouchers that I have been offering. I really enjoyed the wander round the town in my lunch break and my 3 minute drive home brilliant!! Back to my lovely Bristol clients tomorrow though for our usual late night thursday. If anyone fancies having a spray Tan party I have just ordered a super dupa Extractor for mobile use guaranteeing no mess in your home. Night before the launch and so far between us we have. Discovered I have completely missed out the whole section on waxing on my newly designed price lists from the 250 price lists that are in print and the ones that i paid extra to be delivered express! Becca has brought the curtains home to adjust only to find she has forgotten to measure them whilst they were hanging. Still got to collect the vital print from the sign writers and attach to our beautiful A board. Had a miscommunication with our new landlord on whose responsibility things are, is it a man thing? |

This weekend its been all hands on deck to get the rooms decorated. Saturday morning thanks to my Hubby and his lovely friends Andy and Jock the sauna that was in my room has been dismantled and stored away. Im sure it had nothing to do with the the offer of Breakfast at the fab Courtyard cafe! Then it was on with the paper suits to start painting, I laughed so hard while to get this on that I couldnt breathe! We decided that with the hoods up we looked like a couple of condoms lol! We painted and painted and ate chips and painted some more untill the gym closed and we had to go home anyway! |
