Last week I had a very interesting meeting with Chrissy Kellaway fromwww.chrissykellaway.co.uk one of the interesting bits of advice that Chrissy gave me was to make full use of all the free business advertising sites there are available. In particular Free index. So I have taken heed and been very busy plugging our presence on this site. It is a great way to promote your business and to tender quotes for services that you offer. So far this week by sharing my link on Facebook and to my email contacts list of clients I have managed to raise my presence to No 20 out of 1360 salons registered! |

Thanks to all the lovely people who came to support us last night at the opening of Bella and Balance Healing in Dursley. It was a freezing night so we really appreciate your support. We had some great help from Jill In the Courtyard Cafe who was on hand to make delicious Coffee to warm up our visitors and from my good old Dad Malcolm who was armed with his drill for last minute jobs. Also a big thanks to County Signs of Quedgeley, who made our Fab signage for our A board with just 24 hours notice. Finally to my little Bel who was a great help to Mum cutting up the insers for my pricelists and generally running around for me! xx |

Today I have spent hours with my colleague Becca hand delivering invites to our launch of new treatment rooms in Dursley! Any excuse for a bit of a do!! Such exciting times it takes me back to when i opened both my premises before. Bit like moving house really! You have the same anxieties.. When will they confirm we have the premises, how much will it cost , will they want what we have to offer?? Then its yippee all systems go!! But then you have a new set of issues, the ooh we need to get in to measure this window and make a list of furniture and see when we can decorate blah blah blah! |
