I regret that for health and safety reasons and your own enjoyment, children are not permitted at Bella Beauty.

Late Appointments

If you are delayed, we will try our best to offer the full treatment. Unfortunately, if you are late by 15 minutes or more then this will be classed as a missed appointment. 

If you are late by less than 15 minutes the full treatment price will be charged for shortened treatments, thus enabling treatments to run on time throughout the day thereafter.”

Booking

I endeavour to be as flexible as possible. I offer late evening appointments. However, to avoid disappointment, please book in advance.

Missed Appointments & Cancellations

Please call if you are unable to attend your appointment as it might mean that someone else can have that slot.

Missed, cancelled or moved appointments made less than 48 hours prior to an appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee. If less than 48 hours notice is given you will be charged at 50% of the cost of the treatments booked, less than 24 hours notice must be paid in full. Future bookings cannot be made until this payment is made
